Mechanical characteristics monitoring project of switchgear

The project covers a total of 4 substations supplying power to the Winter Olympic Park, namely Aoxue Transformer, Zishangou Substation, Genting Substation and Guyangshu Substation, with a total of 200 sets of mechanical characteristic monitoring devices. It has installed a set of sophisticated "motion capture system" and "health bracelet" for the "movement ability" and "response speed" of the switch cabinet (especially the circuit breaker), and constantly evaluates whether its "muscles and bones" are strong and whether the "movement" is agile, so as to ensure that it can win in one blow in the "battle" to protect the power grid.

Power tunnel engineering

The power tunnel jacking pipeline of this project is 4451 meters long, the open-cut tunnel is 184 meters long, and there are 12 power working wells, a total of 11 sections. The system includes inspection robot system, environmental and equipment monitoring system, optical fiber telephone system, wireless communication system, automatic fire alarm system, fire door monitoring system, mobile phone mobile signal system, etc., to realize all-round monitoring of the tunnel. Through the integrated application of these advanced systems, it not only improves the safety management level of the tunnel, but also ensures the stability and reliability of power supply, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the city.

Demonstration construction of new energy "four possible" intelligent gateways for a rooftop photovoltaic station

As the first batch of pilot units, the photovoltaic station is connected to photovoltaic panels and inverters through the new energy "four cans" intelligent gateway, and collects real-time data such as current, voltage, power generation power, and light intensity, and can be used through 4G/5G or Wi-Fi, after protocol conversion, the data is safely uploaded to the power grid monitoring platform, so as to realize the remote "observable and measurable" operation status of the power station.

A municipal power company built a full range of gate metering and operation status monitoring to deepen the application of functions, relying on the online monitoring device of the gate meter to realize the real-time online monitoring of 500 gate meters, improved the online fault diagnosis ability of the gate meter, reduced the workload of on-site calibration, greatly improved work efficiency, and changed the operation and management mode of the gate energy meter from the error verification of the energy meter to the operation status monitoring

New energy power generation power prediction system

The power prediction system deployed by the photovoltaic power station integrates meteorological satellite data, ground monitoring station data and historical power generation data of photovoltaic power stations, and realizes accurate prediction of the power generation power of photovoltaic power stations in the next few hours or even days through artificial intelligence algorithms. Accurate power prediction helps the power station optimize the power generation plan, reduce power generation fluctuations caused by weather changes, and improve power generation efficiency by about 15%. At the same time, the grid access capacity has been increased, and the accurate power prediction has improved the power grid's acceptance capacity of photovoltaic power stations, reduced the phenomenon of light abandonment caused by inaccurate predictions, and increased the on-grid electricity by about 410,000 kWh in March, increasing economic benefits.
